Here’s What Australia Women’s Skipper Meg Lanning said after the match
“We didn’t have our best day in the field, I thought we came into the game really prepared, our bowlers did a great job, they really tied them down. We were able to take wickets throughout so although we didn’t have our best day we were able to continue on and make sure it didn’t affect the rest of the game.
“I thought Georgia Wareham was outstanding. That direct hit, we’ve been saying she is great fielder and she really showed that today. I thought her control with the ball was excellent as well.
"WE'VE GOT IT BACK!"

“We obviously haven’t had the success that we would have liked over the last couple of years and the last two world cups really hurt. We made sure we learnt from those tournaments and we had to change a few things and the group has really embraced that fact that we needed to move things forwards and play differently.
“This is a very satisfying win given the tournaments that we have had over the last couple of years. A couple of years ago the loss against India in the final group game might have rocked us but we’re a very calm group at the moment I think we showed that tonight.
