Hardik Pandya
Before the start of this test match, Hardik Pandya had faced substantial criticism. The questions arose on his all-rounder ability in the team before the Nottingham Test, but he responded to his critics with his performance in this match. Pandya bowled five English batsmen out in the first innings and helped India to gain 168 runs lead in the first innings.
