Sunil Gavaskar Favorites for ICC Champions Trophy 2017: India, England and South Africa

England is the dark horses and has good chance of winning the ICC Champions Trophy 2017; as they are hosting and well aware of the home conditions. Moreover he said that the team is playing exceptionally well from last 2-3 years. The England ODI team is much stronger from the past as they have the good and outstanding players in their team. They were also the runners up of ICC Champions Trophy 2013. That much was curtailed to 20-20 over’s match.

On India he said that they are the defending champions and no doubt the favorites but its not necessary that defending champions will be favorites all the time. He added that the India has good and experienced players in the team and will be a challenging team. South African team will be a big challenge for them.

According to him protease are one of the best side in this format in current scenario as South Africans have good bunch of players likes of Hashim Amla, J P Dumminy, Skipper Ab De Villers  who can turn around the game on their own.

Sunil Gavaskar Said that these 3 teams have players of that can change the game in seconds.
